CLIC Program (Creative Learning Integrated Curriculum) is a part publicly/privately funded program in its seventh year (started in 2011) at Proctor School in the Topsfield, Massachusetts Elementary Schools, run by educator Jen LaRussa until 2016. The CLIC Program is currently run by Kristen Conden. CLIC is a unique program since it's sole mission is to support creativity and innovative hands on learning before, during, and after school.
I am deeply grateful to all of the people and organizations who have actively supported my mission. CLIC program was initially funded through a two year grant from the Charles Mott Foundation. The third year it was funded through a grant from the Topsfield Educational Foundation, Topsfield PTO, and through other community, business, and family donations. The fourth year, the Topsfield Elementary School Committee approved funding the CLIC salary. All of the materials used in CLIC still comes from private fundraising.
